Thank you for shopping with us! We are dedicated to getting your Mercifully Made activewear packaged beautifully and delivered to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they ship out.

  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We ship nationwide via trusted carriers (such as USPS and UPS) to ensure your package arrives safely.

3. Local Pickup

Are you local to our community? We are happy to offer a free local pickup option at checkout!

  • If you select Local Pickup, your order will be ready for collection within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • You will receive an email with specific pickup instructions and hours once your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) when you arrive.

4. Wrong Address & Package Delivery Issues

  • Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Kaitlyn@katiebethservices.com. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery destination.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Katie Beth Activewear is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as successfully "Delivered." We highly recommend shipping to a secure location or keeping a close eye on your tracking details.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the near future!
