Refund policy

We want you to feel completely confident, comfortable, and unshakeable in your apparel. If your pieces don't fit or feel exactly how you hoped, we are here to support you with a seamless return or exchange process.

 

1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your items must meet the following premium boutique standards:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, brand-new condition.

  • All original product tags must still be securely attached.

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, perfume, or any signs of wear.

3. Easy Exchanges (Free Shipping!)

We want to make sure you find your perfect fit! To support you, Katie Beth Activewear offers free standard return shipping on all exchanges. If you need a different size or color in your favorite set, we will cover the return shipping cost to swap it out.

4. Refunds

  • Standard Returns: If you are returning an item for a refund back to your original payment method, a flat $6.95 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Processing Time: Once your return package arrives at our facility and is inspected by our small team, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank.
